About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented *Senior Production Manager* to oversee complete production operations for exhibition stalls, events, and fabrication projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing factory operations, execution planning, quality control, client coordination, and on-ground event production activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee complete factory operations and end-to-end production processes
* Manage exhibition stall fabrication and event production activities
* Handle production planning, execution timelines, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with design, operations, vendors, and installation teams
* Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of projects
* Supervise event setup, execution, dismantling, and logistics management
* Manage manpower, fabrication teams, and vendor relationships
* Handle client coordination and ensure smooth communication throughout projects
* Monitor production costs, materials, and operational efficiency
* Ensure safety standards and compliance during production and event execution
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Event, Exhibition, Fabrication, or Production Industry
* Experience in handling large-scale exhibition and event projects
* Strong leadership and operational management capabilities
* Willingness to travel as per project requirements
