About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced *Regional Sales Head* to drive regional business growth, strengthen market presence, and manage sales operations across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent market understanding, and proven experience in handling jewellery sales networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets
* Develop and expand retailer & distributor networks
* Identify new market opportunities and strengthen brand presence
* Manage revenue generation, profitability, and commercial operations
* Handle inventory planning and stock movement coordination
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
* Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams for maximum performance
* Execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and business development plans
* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
